Even though Mother Nature did her best to upset the playing of the Triples Championship, all Rounds have been played and the Finals were decided on Sunday, 14th February, at Forster BC. The Results can be found elsewhere in the web site by clicking on the relevant link.
The Final between John Barnard, Fred Martin & John Beach of Taree West and Bill Hedges, Ross Logan & Kevin Robinson from Tuncurry Beach was an excellent game of bowls enjoyed by all spectators. There could only be one winning team and that was the Taree West boys.
The Zone congratulates both teams for a very entertaining and competitive game of bowls and wish John Barnard, Fred Martin & John Beach, not only congratulations on winning the Championship, but every success in the State Championships being played in October, 2016.
