SENIOR SINGLES
The semi final and final of the Zone Senior Singles was played last Saturday at Forster Bowling Club.
In the semi’s Steve Pell (F) 31 def Noel James (TB) 24, and Grant McKirdy (TB) def George McCartney (SP) also 31-24. In a closely fought final Steve emerged victorious over Grant, again 31-24. Congratulations to Steve on his first win in this Senior event after previously being a winner in the Open Category.
PRESIDENTS RESERVE
The qtr final and semi’s of this event were also played at Forster last Saturday. The results of the semi’s are as follows. Shannon King-Mokaraka (TB) def Steve Crain (L) 31-27, and John Bown (L) def Col Morley (OB) 31-26. The final will be at Forster on Sunday, 2nd May, commencing at 1.00 p.m.

This event is down to the semi final stage where Matt Pearce (H) will play Warren Cocksedge (L), and Jason Aurisch (TB) is up against Mark Robinson (L). The semi and final will also be played at Forster on Sunday, 2nd May, with games commencing at 9.00 am. and 1.00 p.m.
