Congratulations to the team of Harvey Phillips, Mick Kilkeary, Lindsay Langtry and Daryl Webster from Old Bar who, in a nail biting finish have won the final of the State Senior Fours by the slimest of margins, 22-21.
Down 16-19 with 2 ends to play they scored a massive 6 shots on end 20, and then had to survive an umpire’s measure on the final end to take the title.
This is a huge achievement and they deserve our heartiest congratulations.
